This list will be base on my experience in interviewing people, coaching colleagues as a former innovation teamcoach, literature and articles.

There are many books and literature out there talking about how to communicatie better and have more effective conversations. You can learn a lot from them and these books refer often to the business environment. What I am more curious about is how to truly listen to each other

  • Don't fish for answers. Let go own opinion

  • Open-end, no yes and no

  • Silence, give space to think

  • no multiple choice questions, be brief

  • rephrase in your own words

  • be interested in other, be prepare to be amazed, everybody has a story
